November Meeting

Stop by for lunch with your liberty loving neighbors.  Our meetings are very casual and all those who share the ideals of freedom and personal responsibility are welcome.

Elections Are Done

We had a bit of a tough time but the hardcore liberty contingent held about even. Talk to your neighbors; remind them that taxation is theft.

Our Last Litter Pick-up

We’ll pick our way through all those pretty leaves on October 21.  As usual we’ll start at Shooter’s Tavern at 8:00 for breakfast.  If you want to sleep in you can join us after breakfast around 9:00.  We’ll have enough bodies to knock it out in an hour or so.

We have an election on Nov 6th.  Participate if you like but if you don’t; the show will go on.  Look for good candidates that will need help at the polls holding signs.  Talk to your neighbors; remind them that taxation is theft.

The dust is just settling from the primary election.  There is good news and not so good news, come and share yours.  Thanks to all who took the time to participate, every little bit helps.

September Jury

We had a pretty normal day for the first time out for the jury pool, about 70 flyers were distributed.

A fresh new pool

Here are the dates for the upcoming month:

  • Tuesday September 4 at 8:30
  • Monday September 17 at 8:30
  • Monday October 1 at 8:30

The potential jurors are scheduled for 9:00, we start 30 minutes early to be there to greet them.  You can look up the dates for Belknap County, Carroll County or Coos County.

Does your town share the ‘knowledge problem’?  You can read up on Milton and the Knowledge Problem over at the Milton Observer.  It brings to mind the Laconia State School and plans for that parcel currently being developed.

August Jury

August 6, 2018

We received two boxes of freshly printed flyers in time for our last assembly of the current jury pool.  We handed out about 40, which is higher than usual for the last meeting of a pool.  I’ll dig up the dates for the next Belknap Superior Court jury pool and post it here.

Community

Another cleanup done!

We gathered together at 8:00 for a nice breakfast and caught up on the latest happenings.  We hit the road just after 9:00 and made our way to both ends of our stretch of RT 3 in Belmont.  We also made a pass through the Lake Winnisquam Scenic Trail.  It was pretty warm but we finished before 11:00 to beat the mid-day high temperatures.
